[Namafu Manju] One of the teacakes found in Kyoto kaiseki cuisine, this sweet was created using Kyoto confectionery-making techniques. It is made from light and syrupy red bean paste that has been wrapped in namafu wheat protein and rolled up in bamboo grass. Enjoy the springy, smooth texture.
